How therapy works

As a therapist, I like to learn about all aspects of my client’s lives. Much like getting to know a new friend, it helps me to understand how different parts of your life intersect. We work together to create small, tangible goals based off your strengths and needs.

At the beginning of therapy, we discuss what areas of your life are being most impacted and what your concerns are. From there we explore how to address these individual concerns.
