starting therapy can be scary
It requires us to let our walls down. Be vulnerable. This can be difficult with people we are most comfortable with, let alone a new therapist, a stranger.
My goal is to be open and curious about your life. To learn both your strengths and weaknesses and all aspects of your life. With this information we work together towards meaningful change.
If you have questions about how therapy works, you are not alone. I always do my best to be transparent and clear about how we can work together to change thinking patterns, explore your attachment style or relationships and create ways to cope.
I am currently only offering sessions via Telehealth.
I want to help people learn how to take agency in their own lives.
We can’t change what has happened to us, but we can learn how to feel good moving forward. I believe everyone has the ability to grow and change. Anxiety or depression can be a part of your life, but it is not “who” you are.
